I feel very lucky to not only do a job that I love but to also have the support of various companies and their products to help me make music.

To be asked to endorse a product is not only very flattering but also a responsibility.

I only use the products that I believe in and that make my job of making music easier and help to express the sounds in my head...(Oh my word!!! ;-)

I first came across Agner drumsticks when I played the Montreux Jazz Festival some time ago.

Then, one day in Switzerland, Paul Agner, Head of Agner Drumsticks and I met up and Paul asked me if I would like to use his sticks. He then went a stage further and asked me to design my own signature model. So..... I have 2 models. But.... as I can never take things like this too seriously and with my nickname of "Magic", I could call them only one thing....... The Wand!!!! :-)

Well..... what can I say about these drumheads!!!?

Probably some of the best drumheads on the market today. A fantastic range, easy to tune and durable but still sound great!!!

Drums should resonate! Drums should sing! The whole shell contributes to the sound.... so, I was very fortunate to be in touch with Gary Gauger and to be using his RIMS mounts on all my toms, including my floor toms. The new alloy RIMS are incredibly light and make the drum really open up on the bottom end. A top product. Every drumset should have these!!!
